The Main Event

Pre-Darshan Program

  • A short introduction will begin 30 minutes before the official start time.
  • The program includes:
    • Helpful instructions.
    • Interviews.
    • Music videos.
    • A short meditation.

Darshan Time

  • Darshan is a face to face with the Divine. Please dress modestly and bring your full focus to the darshan
  • To prepare yourself for the darshan, it is best to:
    • Sit quietly and if possible drop into your heart.
    • From there, try to be open, receptive.
    • If you can, let go of any expectations or pre-conceived ideas and
    • Simply just be in the present moment.
  • When He is ready, Paramahamsa Vishwananda will join the meeting and look through the screens to see every person online.
    • You will be able to see Him and He will be able to see you.
    • Although you will be muted, He will be able to speak with the group as a whole.
    • With up to 1000 people online at a time this can take 10+ minutes.
  • As soon as He has seen everyone, He will tell you to close your eyes and meditate on Him in your third eye (the space between the eyebrows).
  • After the meditation, He will tell you to open your eyes and look directly into His eyes on your screen.
  • He will indicate when the darshan is over by telling you to open your eyes. He will say a few words, then go off-screen for a few minutes.
    • Take this time to enjoy your experience in silence.
  • After a couple of minutes He will return:
    • He usually gives a short talk.
    • He may speak to a few people individually. Please note, He does not answer personal questions.
    • He may unmute everyone to let everyone say what they want to say. It can be chaotic, but it is fun.
    • Be sure to stay online until the host closes the meeting.
      • You will know the meeting is over when you see this message: 'The host has ended the meeting'.
