Diwali, the festival of lights, is a significant five-day festival in Hinduism. It is celebrated between mid-October and mid-November, and, for most Hindus, is the most important festival of the year.

Traditionally, families come together for Diwali to clean, decorate and prepare their houses for Lakshmi Ma’s arrival because on that day She brings grace and prosperity with her!

The cherished tradition of illuminating one’s home with lights has an important spiritual meaning: the awareness of the inner light, and the attainment of health, wealth, knowledge, peace and prosperity. We’ll prepare in a similar way for Maha Lakshmi here at Shree Peetha Nilaya too, and we hope you join us for what is sure to be a gorgeous event.

Sponsor Diwali Puja

You can sponsor Divali at whatever level suits you: 200€ covers all the costs for the event: flowers, prasad, puja items, candels etc., but you can be part of a night with 100€, 50€, etc., too.

If you will not be with us, contact Swami Anashuya (E-mail:anashuya [at] bm365.org or telegram +491783204820) and either make a payment via cash directly in an envelope or make a bank transfer titled "Diwali Puja Sponsorship" and send it to the following account:

Bhakti Marga Orden Deutschland e.V. / IBAN: DE53 5005 0201 0200 3000 16 / BIC: HELADEF 1822

Bank: Frankfurter Sparkasse, Neue Mainzer Str. 47 - 53, 60311 Frankfurt am Main (Please send a receipt of this kind of payment to anashuya [at] bm365.org)

If you are here at Shree Peetha Nilaya, you can pay by cash (no credit cards, sorry). Put your sponsorship amount in an envelope and bring it to the Registration desk. Please include a note inside with:

Your Name, Your Spiritual Name, Your Country, Your Sponsorship amount, The Night you wish to sponsor. Thank You.

Bhakti Marga has its headquarters at Shree Peetha Nilaya, meaning ‘Abode of the Maha Lakshmi’, the Divine Mother. It is located in the beautiful German countryside near Wiesbaden. Residents and guests come together every day to participate in special events, prayers, meditation, singing, seva, and to share their love of the Divine with one another.

Shree Peetha Nilaya - Bhakti Marga

In ancient times, yogis would receive Divine Inspiration through the connection to God in Nature. Shree Peetha Nilaya is such a place.
