Description

It’s the beginning of a new Year. A time for reflection and new intentions.

For a fresh start of the year, participants will get tools for conscious, spiritual, healthy living. These tools include sadhana (spiritual practice), dinacharya (an Ayurvedic daily routine) and knowledge about healthy (Sattvic) nutrition.

During the retreat the participants will do a mild detox, based on Ayurvedic principles, which suits the winter time and the time after the holidays.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda means “Science of Life” and is the ancient healing system of India, rooted in the Vedas. Timeless, natural and practical, Ayurveda is not only a medical system, but provides wisdom for one’s daily practices, which are providing a key to living a healthy and balanced life.

Healthy nutrition, adjusted to the individual constitution, is an important part of this, but there are many more simple, yet profound practices, for body, mind and soul, that one can do on a daily basis to live a healthy life.

During the retreat there will be daily teachings on how to apply Ayurveda’s ancient wisdom to your daily life

Sadhana

To receive the fullness of Divine Love, one must be purified in mind, body and spirit. This is done through a spiritual practice (which is called a sadhana).

Paramahamsa Vishwananda offers numerous powerful yet simple spiritual practices to help move our overactive minds into the silence of our hearts. From there, the transformational power of Love begins to blossom, changing the way we relate to ourselves, each other and the world around us. The wisdom he shares helps us to develop, deepen and strengthen a personal relationship with the Divine.

OPEN YOUR HEART AND LOVE. LET IT FLOW. THE MORE YOU OPEN UP, THE MORE YOUR MIND IS PURE, AND THE MORE YOUR MIND IS POSITIVE, THE MORE LOVING YOU WILL BECOME, AND THE MORE LOVE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE.

Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda
