Declaration of Consent to the Use of Personal Data

Intention and Background
The Undersigned confirms that he/she donates the above-mentioned personal data to Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Bhakti Marga.

For minors below the age of 16, the consent of his/her legal representative(s) is required in addition to the consent of the minor concerned (article 8 of the GDPR).

I/we have taken note of the provisions of this Declaration of Consent governing the publication of personal photos and video recordings, and I/we herewith agree to the use of such materials.

The Undersigned shall give his/her consent to the free use of his/her personal data for the purposes described above. Such consent shall be voluntary. The Undersigned shall not suffer any disadvantage if he/she does not give his/her consent. Such consent can be revoked at any time with future effect, whereby any such revocation of consent must be made in writing (by letter or email) to Bhakti Marga.

It has been pointed out to the Undersigned that his/her personal data will be accessible worldwide once they have been published on the Internet or on social networks. Any further use and/or modification of such data by third parties cannot be preempted.

Bhakti Marga cannot guarantee that personal data published on the Internet will be completely deleted, as other Internet pages may have copied or modified such personal data, for example. Bhakti Marga cannot be held liable for the type and form in which third parties may copy or modify personal data, e.g. by downloading and subsequently using and modifying personal data.

The Undersigned shall also give his/her consent to the free use of his/her personal data for the aforementioned purposes by representative organisations of Bhakti Marga in other countries, such as Bhakti Marga Italy, Bhakti Marga Canada, Bhakti Marga China, Bhakti Marga Australia, Bhakti Marga Kenya, and in other countries which may include those outside the European Union.

Bhakti Marga receives the right to store the personal information of the undersigned for an unlimited period of time. The undersigned agrees to this and has been informed that, in addition to the right to revoke this consent, he also has the rights to obtain information from Bhakti Marga on the personal data of the undersigned concerned, as well as the right on correction or deletion or on restriction of processing and the right to data portability. Bhakti Marga provides a more detailed description of these rights in its privacy policy, available at https://www.bhaktimarga.org/privacy-policy. Furthermore, Bhakti Marga informs the undersigned of the right to file a complaint against the processing of Bhakti Marga's personal data with the supervisory authority.

It has been pointed out to the Undersigned that Bhakti Marga will also commission third parties to process personal data for fulfilling the purposes mentioned above. Such third parties shall include service providers, such as the postal service, transport companies, media printers, network and Internet service providers, communication service providers, etc. Such service providers shall only be assigned by Bhakti Marga for the purposes approved by the Undersigned as specified above and shall be subject to statutory data privacy and processing provisions. Bhakti Marga shall comply with the provisions applicable to the processing of data pursuant to article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] whenever necessary.

The Undersigned has been informed that his/her personal data may contain specific types of his/her personal data (article 9 of the GDPR). They shall in particular include information on the religious or ideological beliefs or the spiritual identity of the Undersigned. The Undersigned shall consent to the use of such particular types of personal data being used for the purposes described above.

This Consent shall be subject to German law.
