Description

If you want to make contact with Divine Mother, you have to know that She is always close to Her children, whether you perceive it or not. Bearing this truth in mind, if you have faith and you call upon Her, She will be with you.

Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda

Join us as we worship the Mother of the Vedas - Gayatri Devi!

One of the most auspicious of all yagnas! The Gayatri mantra is one of the main mantras used throughout the Hindu religion by ALL of the different schools within the Hindu religion.  The Gayatri mantra is also a moksha mantra meaning that it can grant one liberation if recited with pure devotion. Gayatri Devi is the universal/cosmic aspect of the Divine Mother. She is the mother of the Holy Trinity (Bramha, Vishnu and Shiva) in the Hindu religion. The Gayatri Yagna is therefore a very powerful yagna that can help assist one on one's spiritual path to burn and clear karma. This year, we will do the Gayatri Yagna for 24 hours.

The Gayatri Yagna is a yagna of great purification. The Gayatri Mantra itself is known as a 'Moksha Mantra', meaning, it is a mantra that can grant one liberation. The ceremony is conducted in the following order: Guru Puja, Vishwakshena Puja, Kalash Puja followed by yagna, abhishekam to Gayatri Devi and aarati.

Place

Bhakti Marga has its headquarters at Shree Peetha Nilaya, meaning ‘Abode of the Maha Lakshmi’, the Divine Mother. It is located in the beautiful German countryside near Wiesbaden. Residents and guests come together every day to participate in special events, prayers, meditation, singing, seva, and to share their love of the Divine with one another.

Shree Peetha Nilaya - Bhakti Marga

In ancient times, yogis would receive Divine Inspiration through the connection to God in Nature. Shree Peetha Nilaya is such a place.
