All of Paramahamsa Vishwananda teachings centre around how to realise the unchangeable bond of Love between Creator and Creation. The wisdom he shares helps us to develop, deepen and strengthen a personal relationship with the Divine.
Ultimately, it comes down to love. Just Love. LOVE is all you need, LOVE is all there is, LOVE is all you have to do. Love is everything; it contains the entire universe.
Open your heart and Love. Let it flow. The more you open up, the more your mind is pure, and the more your mind is positive, the more loving you will become, and the more Love you will be able to give.
Bhakti Marga Sadhana
To receive the fullness of Divine Love, one must be purified in mind, body and spirit. This is done through a spiritual practice (which is called a sadhana). Paramahamsa Vishwananda offers numerous powerful yet simple spiritual practices to help move our overactive minds into the silence of our hearts. From there, the transformational power of Love begins to blossom, changing the way we relate to ourselves, each other and the world around us.
The Bhakti path provides many avenues to relate to the Divine, allowing each person the freedom to express devotion in multiple ways. Each of these unique sadhana are designed to meet different needs, desires and lifestyles.
Atma Kriya Yoga opens the heart to the transformational power of love. Atma Kriya means bringing the awareness of our soul into everything we do so that we can purify and prepare the mind, body and spirit to awaken in God-Realisation. The practice includes a series of meditation techniques, pranayama, asanas, mantras and mudras sealed with the blessing of Shaktipat initiation – the Grace from all the Kriya Yoga Masters.

Babaji Surya Namaskar is a prayer for your body, mind, heart and soul. It was given by Mahavatar Babaji in this original form. Your whole being will be connected with life itself when you do this ancient set of asanas. It is done in the early morning to greet the rising sun. Practising Surya Namaskar strengthens your body, establishes a positive energy flow and brings clarity to your mind. Bowing down physically and mentally helps to cultivate bhakti by reminding us that all comes from the Divine. That is the essence of Bhakti Yoga.
Mudras are energised hand gestures or body postures. They use the energy within your own body to purify your energetic pathways, and this helps deepen and advance your spiritual practice. They also provide support for the physical body and mental well-being. There are three levels of Mudra courses. Each course has 10 mudras and carries the Grace of Paramahamsa Vishwananda which helps activate the full potential of the mudra so you get the most benefit when you use them.
